    I approve this message, and I've been saying it for a while now. Your game is openly hostile to the majority of its player base in its current form. You need a working difficulty ramp. You need a reason for people to care about dregs divine favor beyond the top 3 scoring awards. You need to figure out how to engage the majority, not the minority of players with your core throne war systems.   5. With the wipe slated for 6.4 at the end of the current campaign (assuming nothing delays it), there is no point in harvesting or crafting to improve our vessels (our characters). You would think that would let guilds focus on the campaign, spending all their hoarded resources to battle it out for fun and glory. And yet a large portion of the player base is instead choosing to walk away until either 6.4 or release (or indefinitely). So far I've seen that DIS, KDS, and BAP are all leaving.   7. hey, wanted to go over a buncha things i felt were lacking in the interface. these may have been on a list elsewhere but wanted to give my thoughts. (i do not consider my suggested solutions as the only/good/best solutions but more to show where my train of thought is on why its an issue) lack of guild ui can't see whos in the guild except on the site, can't see whos online buffs are just a giant blob thats difficult to filter meaningful information in combat. have shrine or other long-term buffs have different colors than player-casted buffs. self-casted sh

Many Veterans will tell you, when levelling the 100th blue vessel the activity has gotten old, what should be a fun and exciting moment of getting your new vessel and taking it into glorious combat is replaced with the dread that it has to be levelled (at least with the discipline change once it is levelled it can get out there faster!)   12. As a guy who's been playing the op Pitfighters for a few weeks, I'm concerned that the class is overpowered. I can literally just sit still and use my healing ult/ultimate warrior and watch basically any class smack me indefinitely without being afraid of my health going to zero. Only way they beat me is if they have a better vessel/gear. As a side note, fighting duelists is incredible boring as they can never kill me and if I get them low, they just disapear and end the fight. It's not a fun fight. It's just tedious. Pitfighter is no fun for anyone to fight and honestly it's boring

Right now they basically function as pig running keep cards which means most of the guilds can't even participate as they don't own a keep. Summary - Many of the core systems are functioning well enough to imagine them working for launch. Still many areas need significant improvement for Crowfall to be a game I'd want to play at launch. These mostly boil down to - Need more entertaining activities that also can drive player conflict. What's working: Finite campaigns with rewards - provides a nice cadence to competition. So talking to my guild and players from other guilds I have some things I think Ace should try and how we (players and developers) can do. 1) Twitch Twitch is one of the biggest platforms for gaming ever. It is a huge opportunity that we miss out on significantly. My first idea for how we can get new traffic into the Crowfall section, uses the official Crowfall channel on there. Removal of the skill tree (Which I new they would at least "Change") becasue it "sucked" so bad - but it made it a more "grindy" game that I am looking for now and was back n the time when I started.   28. I've been an MMO tester since UO beta in the summer of 97, so you MIGHT think I enjoy being kicked in the balls. I don't. I like to find out how things work in an upcoming game and I like to provide feedback to the devs and to try to influence the shape of the game to be. Wipes during beta, IMO, are to be expected and no big deal. BUT... many guilds have been treating Crowfall as a game to play rather than some systems to test. Most of their members will now take a break, Some of them will never come back. Don't do a full wipe unless it can't be avoided.

They never promised there would be only one wipe before launch, or that the latest wipe was the second to last, only that there would be a final wipe right before launch. They have always said they wipe when they need to, but try to keep it as infrequent as possible. Not at all pleasant for us, in fact it really sucks, but also not a lie.

  34. The biggest lack in Crowfall is content. The idea that we'd all be running around solo or in small groups bumping into each other during the normal course of our daily activities and organically creating PvP was a pipe dream at best. Caravan spawn points could have been PvP hotspots. And maybe for a very short time they were. But they were quickly overcome by forts, which provided way more resources for much less effort. Nerfing forts may help Caravans become more meaningful. I would very much like to see mining spots like we did in the early big world days that drew PvP. At X l

    Warning Scarcasm may occur. Its a really great idea to give a super essy to play class that much AP. When you combine it with a ton of mobility as well as selfsustain you should absolutly also give it a really good anti-heal and damage. I mean for the past 3 years why on earth should you listen to the community when balancing the game - and especially a character class that is so broken it can double jump in air, survive vs how ever many you toss at it... it must need a larger self heal cause its ultimate doesnt provide enough selfsustain on its own.   37. Thanks for the notice, it helps in one sense while hurting in another but I agree it is better to know and is necessary. I am glad we are wiping and am pretty excited honestly. Last night we had some amazing fights and I think there are plenty of people who are interested that if it is done correctly we can see decent activity levels for the start of 6.4 - I do agree though, the buddy code deadline should be changed, we've just started an effort to give them out and get more people in and I feel the timing of the wipe in conjunction with that will be counterproductive.

Major issue I see with the new vessel system: Massive Ambrosia Bottleneck Increase With the new need to "max out" a level on the previous rarity to equip the next one, the ambrosia cost for every blue and higher vessel has effectively increased by double or more. Currently, when people request vessels, its generally a matter of minerals, not body parts, or leveling time that serves as the bottleneck.   43. I find so many fights if i want them 90% of the people i come across is your alliance though. Your in the only large alliance that activly plays the game with alot of people. WB only logs in for seiges, Death only logs in for forts, CC alliance is small group of players on at a time outside of forts. Disc/Hax alliance is constantly on. Problem when u make a large alliance there becomes less and less players to fight.

  44. Should never balance a game off 1v1's... but the argument should be 5v5 balance 100%... you cannot do ZvZ balance and think your game is going to be fun for small scale... but you can do 5v5 balance and scale it for ZvZ..

  46. I empathize. I've been playing since the greybox days of hunger dome, and my interest is currently at a low ebb. The lack of tester retention suggests that they won't be able to get the VIP subscriptions they'll need to survive more than a few months past the launch. From a personal perspective, the massive gold grind required to progress is very frustrating. I didn't sign up to farm wartribes for dozens of hours to equip disciplines. The vast majority of the people I started playing Crowfall with have long since left with no plans to try it at release to see if it's improved enough

  48. Didn´t you tell us in the 5.6 Q&As that rewards should only be visual. (Mounts, Skins, Badges...) Imho the "Trial of X" Badges where a nice solution. With Mats, Crafting and Exploration Discs as rewards you just snowball "Uncle Bob", the biggest Zergs can bypass the harvesting grind and they get endgame mats without any risk. oh and I still think there should be a participation fee per member for divine favour!
