  1. Top 5 Crowfall dislikes (what you feel we could be doing better on or a pesky game mechanic that you don't enjoy) and how can we make it better? Don't nerf assassin into the ground with 7.0, I just read about it. If it goes through guess I'll just go play NW like most others . Make it better by not nerfing them or change the classes name.
  2. Top 5 Crowfall likes (things you feel we're doing great on). Most of the combat Most of the crafting Making people leave the game Top 5 Crowfall dislikes (what you feel we could be doing better on or a pesky game mechanic that you don't enjoy) and how can we make it better? I dislike that certain classes can out heal 5+ dps the turn around an wail everyone plus the 20 mobs they pulled. Reduce healing by 50% while bleeding or poisoned. I dislike crafting because it's so prohibitive. Need to redistribution rng from progression and removalof gold. I farm X amount of mats, I make X amount of items, I craft upgraded disc. No buying expensive dust from vendor. We need arena pvp because the game is dead. Skill based, not gear or vessel based. To much gold sinks, either remove them entirely or need a 90% reduction. Campaigns need to be 7 days max. Just turn on FvF already. Where is infected? We need auction house. Searching 60 individual vendors is tedious and I can't be bothered. If you could have them all in close prox with some words on what they sell sure. But AH is best.
  3. Surely it's a faction and not GvG. What the hell are thinking. Too many spreadsheets not enough interaction with the community.
  4. I'll be surprised if this is anything more then a crafting sim in 6 weeks.
  5. This game very poorly optimised, doesn't use more then 2c4t. So it's probs their "server" also uses sweet FA resources.
  6. the server keeps going down at the same time everyday with short notice and no reason explaining why.
  7. The client is basically just pinging off its head on 2c4t. I got 2 core maxing out at 72c and avg in the high 60s when playing. It's 2021, time to move on to 6c12t optimization.
  8. Top 5 Crowfall likes (things you feel we're doing great on). I like combat and this is why because it's something new to work out. There is potential Top 5 Crowfall dislikes (what you feel we could be doing better on or a pesky game mechanic that you don't enjoy) and how can we make it better? I dislike maintenance and this is because I cant play and you could stop doing everyday so it could be better. I dislike when new world comes out in 6 weeks everyone will leave and this is because you can't even get simple UI things right and you could make inventory sorting for the whole game. Anything to do with the social aspect of crowfall. Because a high school student would be able to implement better systems. Graphics options are too limited. I dont want to see grass. Just the players, the objects. I dont need reflections or sun rays either. The games potential is being wasted
  9. This patch is junk. Full of lag. Takes long time to load into game after login. Takes even longer to load into the actual world. Client doesnt exit, just stops responding.
  10. Sonic Studio 3 (asus software) crashes crowfall on launch. Uninstall both parts of it and you can load.
  11. I'll be logging in once a month from now on because of it. If they have done a rebuild of something that requires a full redownload sure. But just for some patches, make it patch. Just burning 8gb every time I log in.
  12. - First day you figure out the game, but only with someone who as already invested time otherwise you have no idea what's going on. - First week to farm up the gear from mobs to start laying decent damage. Also Get some group pvp in, maybe some 1v1 against another new player, but mostly 1vX or 1v1 against someone that has played longer. They have their passives and the gear, you get ruined. You start to focus on the broader mechanics, maybe I can help as a crafter or harvester. - Second week you start to delve deeper into the actual mechanics of the game and realise that you need no skill in order to advance, just time. You don't need to pile up resources, you don't need to farm xp for your level, skills, crafting or harvesting. Absolutely 0 skill or time invested, just waiting for that passive timer. - Third week you've had your fill of some small man pvp. Now just want to advance, but you can't. You've researched your skill path now it's time to set up some training. You just need to log every couple of days to update your skills. Maybe after a while you'll get to change the tree. Eventually you'll be able to log back in and feel some progression. That's where I am at right now. I feel there is nothing left to offer until my timers are up and I can use more advanced items to farm more advanced materials to make more advanced gear. Sure I can pvp with my guild, but that's about it. There is nothing pulling me into the game to do anything else other then when they are online till I can contribute with higher grade resources. Then there has to be other people online to fight, because you can't just take a keep that is some timed lockdown. I like the game, combat is nice, gear is a little unbalanced, but it has potential just not in it's current form. It just has the slog around the wrong way, there needs to be more engaging play early on to hold people until the grind slowly spreads out over a longer time.
  13. Yea pve grinding is bad at the start. The only xp system should be the skill system. You use a skill, you get xp in that skill to level that skill up. You do some crafting, you go up in that crafting. You mine or chop a node, you go up in mining or chopping. You fire some siege, you go up in siege skills. You wear certain armor, you kill stuff you go up in it. Time gated skills is great for older players and unfair for new players. Time gating will kill long term new player engagement.
  14. Market setup like Eve, region city what ever. You can buy from anywhere in that region, but you have to go pick it up at a central location or from the human vendor. Make some sort of risk to go collect items. Show trends and volume of each item on the market. Allow crafters to buy/rent space in town to set up a shop that an npc can man 24/7. Make this for more involved crafters where they get bonuses for proc's, less tax. Player stalls are annoying, anyone remember Giran in L2? Have limited space for public manufacturing so that 40 toons can't gather around one anvil and hit away. There needs to be a limiting factor to production in order to maintain a healthy economy. In the player owned shops they could have their own manufacturing equipment. Anything along the lines of not 1 centralized market for the whole game.
