  1. Seperate regions with different publishers.. not big on that. I was hoping for us to be able to choose which area to play in. Akin to say what Overwatch is doing. Where everything is connected and you just switch when you want.
  2. This sounds like it will do nothing but frustrate me. Odds are I won't be playing this long-awaited title if this mechanic remains in the game at launch. I've seen these types of things in other games. Cannot say I have once found them to be entertaining or interesting to me. Quite the opposite really. Being forced to maintain some arbitrary stat just because is.. ugh..
  3. I have seen what came of games like Everquest 2. You'd have 10+ bars full of junk you rarely use. This was annoying to no end on a typical MMORPG game. Why would you want a hilariously convoluted, and cluttered screen on a more skill based title?
  4. All of the yes. No harm in a little bit of sillyness to compliment helping test the game.
  5. If you like Diablo 3 then give Path of Exile a shot at some stage. That games even getting a massive free expansion. Plus the way they add in content is in such a manner as to not invalidate any earned progression. IE: no increases to level caps. They've also got a metric ton of different short duration competitive leagues if that is your poison of choice.
  6. If you need any additional guinea pigs feel free to toy about with the system using my account as well. Not the sort to mind having a problem or two.

    Jumping

Locked predetermined jump patterns are not the best idea. Allow for minor variance depending upon what movement keys are being pressed. This would not harm anything yet wouldn't force a player into thinking the controls were unresponsive. Players do not enjoy having control wholly removed. This has been proven before in countless instances.
  8. Short TTKs do not seem enjoyable to me. If anything they wind up encouraging you to group up in a massive zerg. Less chance of getting picked out when you are part of a horde. I would rather zergs be balanced through other means. Not ones that will harm me in all aspects of the games combat. That is silly. Collision, friendly fire, and other approaches would be preferable to me by a large margin.
  9. Am I worried? Yes. Is there any reason to be as of yet? No. We have not seen the game in action. Currently we are letting our imaginations run wild with what we get told about. The team has a more than adequate skillset to create a quality title. If anything goes wrong I would not doubt they would correct the issue soon as possible. With previous titles they'd been extremely limited in what they could address. This time around there should be no problems with them going back to correct content.
  10. Character progression is the main draw for me. I respect the type of combat they want. However having an MMORPG actually allow you to progress your character as you please? All of my want. Only aspect I am iffy on is trading the cash shop stuff. Since that could make eternal kingdoms less of a trophy room and more of a who-has-a-bigger-wallet contest. Ah well. Can't have it all!
  11. The above was taken from the front page for the current $150,000 goal. May want to revise that when possible. Poor grammar could be detrimental. Especially when it is seen right from the get-go. On the segment requesting additional funding of all things. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Isjgc0oX0s Page in question: http://crowfall.com/#/ Taken from an earlier post by me. Kinda-sorta posted it in the wrong section! Whoops.
  12. Typically speaking Alienware uses cheaper components where possible. Meaning that despite the higher cost you often wind up with an inferior machine that still cost you notably more. The warranty will be similar on a per-part basis by the way. Alienware's increased cost doesn't really mean a better warranty. Many manufacturers more than adequately cover components for extended periods of time. Then if something does fail it is most typically within the first few months. Meaning that manufacturer warranty WILL be there if there is a defect with your hardware. I would highly recommend you search through the suggested websites as opposed to buying an Alienware.
