    Bugs I've found for General:
    1.) Dodge/Blink is unreliable and can cause 3 different outcomes:
    - Tethered/Ported back to where you used the ability - Used twice (Happens with other abilities as well, when the frame skips) - Floats oddly above ground in slow motion to the Destination. 2.) The Aim is off center, if multiple opponents are in the recticle with Pistols and other range weapons
    Duelist:
    - It can happen on the Flintlock Shot that the ability is triggered multiple times, if the button is spammed during and a frame skip occurs. - Visually the Timer of the Ability can bug out and not show that the ability is on cooldown - Flintlock Shot distance is not upgraded with Master of Pistols and remaisn 15 meter

    Instead of talk about rangers, with the changes comming I will talk about all bow users.
     
    For the past 10 months in Crowfall I have tested the game as a bowuser, exclusively.  The closer to softlaunch we get the greater my concern grows....  especially after the latest live stream : Marks and Todds comments on this issue...... all I can say is : you just earned yourselves target bullseyes on the back from the entire bowuser part of the community.   
    Utter lack of seriousness and a grap of the bag answer that was just playing, those who asked this question, for fools.

    Issue!  Is there an issue?
    So the issue is  when you run out of arrows, for what ever reason, you have 2 options.
     
    A - Find a place where you can access your stash (and hope you have some)
    B - Craft some.
     
    With Option A - So traveling all the way back to such a location is a viable solution to ressource management?  We're not talking 1 minute to get mana here!
     
    With Option B - Craft them.  Ok great!  To be a bow user I have to be : "HarvesterOfWoodAndOreAsWellAsCrafterOfWoodAndOreToUseTheDamnThing" i was hoping for BowUser!    Oh wait you need a crafting atation too!!
    You are forcing a certain skillset on a player.  Like above this is not a 1 minute to gain mana task.
     
    Both situations you are forcing a player for an extended period of time out of combat.  How long? Tinnis made a very good caculation of how long it will take to get a stack of arrows and how long takes to use them.
     
    Taking a character out of combat for an extended period of time, for whatever reason, is not solution.  It removes that class from any serious part of this game purely cause its not viable.
     
    Point being 
    If ressource management = removing a player from combat - then Crafting and Traveling isnt the route to go, no matter -how- large a stash of arrows they have to run around with.
     
    So?
    I want to get away from the current idea of arrow as a ressource to regulate the bow user.  There have been some good suggestions about adding several quivers, opting to let class specific disciplines add even more quivers.
     
     
    My suggestion is :
    Arrow Specific Runestone (example Slashing Arrow Runestone) which is placed in the current Quiver/Arrow slot.
     
    It gives unlimited access to the specific arrow which the runestone is made for.  
    On activation (reload) it will place 250 arrows in your counter (quiver if you want to call it that), under a 2 second reload animation.  
    It has durability like everything else, when replaced its destroyed.  
     
     
    Ps Tinnis : No Im not home from Italy yet but figured I might as well start off this talk - cause you are absolutely right its not ok.

    I'm not sure if the devs fixed the "redownload the client with every new patch" bug, or if letting the game install to the default (Program Files) folder fixed it, but the bug is gone for me now.  If anyone is still having the bug, try letting the game install where it defaults.  Also, I started running the patcher as administrator every time I launch it now.
    Runescarred Gladiator:
    Runecarved Flesh: Only seems to work some of the time.  Tested by standing directly next to an opponent, activating ability, allowing them to attack me for the six second duration.  Sometimes it "explodes" and deals the charged up damage, other times it just doesn't. Master of Pistols:
    Rapid Fire:  Only works some of the time also.  Tested by standing next to opponents at different ranges (initially thought it had a minimum and maximum range window).  Expose opponent > use Rapid Fire (should knock them down) and nothing happens a majority of the time.  I did get it to work once, but I didn't change anything.  It seemed random. And of course, the Champion's Rend bug is probably well known by now.  Using Rend can have some strange affects:  Blipping you around, teleporting you a distance away, making you get stuck in place and have the appearance of vibrating, making the world beneath you look like it's shifting around under your feet randomly.

    Duelist:
    Can harvest while in stealth specifically tested on Tree's Redirect Pain tooltip shows a rather high amount of shield. Intended? Buffs are still refreshed while in burrow. I like that feature a lot, but intended? Retaliate doesn't work

    To have the barrel detonate upon hit, sounds like a good idea to me.
     
    Enemies would require to stop attacking when the barrel pops or get hit by it.
     
    Generally they should reduce the fuse time though, it IS indeed near impossible to hit with it.
     
    You don't even need a dodge ready to escape, you simply walk slowly backwards out of it.

    Thinking about C abillities in isolation is the wrong approach I feel like. It is less if all C abillities are equal in power, i.e. things with less damage should take less to charge, but more what archetype needs the C power more often.

    the real tidbit for some of us non-PvP testers was the basic crafting skills parent stat. This was an assumption from past updates but it does help to have it clearly stated. Even though these skills open up 'Basic Crafting' their use goes far beyond these recopies which makes me happy as would hate to see that amount of skill time wasted on non-crafting specific items. 
    It still does not address the oddities in the lines to reach the specific profession in the trees, but at least their selection has more long term depth

    We play on the EU Server for the Balance side.
     
    If you are playing more on US I recommend either the Balance or Chaos. Both are occupied by the two Major US guilds. Especially as a new player its good to have some strong allies to not be ganked all over.
     
    When you start out you might want to first join on Sanctuary, its the PvE Server and you can't be ganked there by other players. So you can try out crafting and harvesting safely, before taking your gear and gatherings into the Spiritbank to transfer onto the PvP Campaigns.
     
    If you end up on the EU Server by any chance, give me a whisper when you spot me online. :> I'm Typically online all day on weekend and evening during the weekdays.
