  1. Something just seems off with the centaur. Looks more like a dude in a horse Halloween costume, where the back half just drags along. Is the intention to have centaur be the same speed as other characters, instead of faster as in Shadowbane? The juxtaposition between the knight dancing around and sprinting everywhere, and the legionnaire just casually trotting is a bit off-putting.
  2. Not without feedback, which is what he gave. We're not here to fawn over everything. Appreciate what's done well, give feedback on what can be improved.
  3. I'm glad you're capping the knockdown targets fairly low. It would be pretty crazy if everyone in the cone was knocked down. Good stuff.
  4. I believe Freeze is referring to automatic skill decay, and not the 7x GM system. UO's 720 skillpoint system was fine when skill locks and user defined gain/loss on skills was introduced. The decay system might have been more successful if skills didn't gain/decay at different rates.
  5. I'm glad we got that straightened out. Enjoy your irrelevance.
  6. Whatever you need to tell yourself, champ. I'm curious why you didn't name the guild though. Are you worried nobody would recognize the name?
  7. And here you are, a complete unknown who seems to remember us from nearly a decade ago, using WoW and PvP in the same sentence. No wonder your only contribution to the thread was to bring up tab targeting. But you did get me to bite, well done.
  8. Luckily there's no friendly fire on the forums, I guess. You'll have to asked those who fought against us in actual games about whether or not we're on the same wave length.
  9. We're not a hive mind, so I couldn't tell you.
  10. I'm sorry this seems to be so unfathomable to you, I just don't know what to say. All players should be aware of their surroundings at all times to not only avoid incoming damage, but avoid hitting unintended targets. I'm sure when things first start up friendly fire will be a big deal. As time goes on the skilled players will adjust, and the poor players won't. So what do we say? Practice. Get better. Put the work in. Nut up or shut up.
  11. >Easy to do when targets don't move. God forbid we reward player skill.
  12. Practice. Anything that encourages player skill and situational awareness is a plus in my book.
  13. Ain't got no problem with it. If ye find yerself needin' to play wit another guild, or not wantin' to play wit the one ye be in, maybe ya should be lookin' fer a new guild.
  14. Some TSP vids from the Vindication days: TSP vs. HoE 10v10: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4vQY4sZ_LVE Random mine fights: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2k5zKfawJpY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=djmxCQP39bc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uV9eFlo4R5c https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aWgLDQeiesU Watching these made me remember how incredibly laggy the game could get.
  15. Yarr! I be here fer the booty!
