Corrupted Essence is always looking for so mature players, we understand that real life takes priority, but we love to play.

We need all classes and are trying to get as big of a guild as possible.

Myself and the guild leader are Canadian, but we welcome all.

    Join us friend,

Reply to this message, if you wish to join us and I will get the Guild leader to invite you.

Once a guild invite is sent, it needs to be accepted on crowfall.com - Community tab/guild tab.

    Thank You

  2. "I hate the bloody cold. You get used to the wind, the silence, the desolation. The burn? Aye, it’s bad. But when you stop feeling it – notice a sudden warmth in your fingers, your toes, your ears – that’s when you have to worry. We are the Warders. Protectors of the Light. Heralds of Winter. I know! Bloody heroes, right?! When a World is ready to give up its final breath, bleed out the last of its warmth... when there is nothing left but the graves and the ice and the Hunger… we go back. We go back for those too stubborn, too dumb or too weak to leave. A few of them, we save. Most we put to the sword, or feed to the fire. If that’s the only way to save them from the Hunger, we burn em and shed not one tear of regret. To be blunt, most men haven’t the stones for it. I don’t give a damn for the Gods. I fight to keep the flame alive. The weak, flickering ember of Life… It is ours to protect." Is it just me, or did anyone else read this in the gruff baritone of a British man? How does the Ranger character sound and feel to you, in your head? What other landmark fictional characters in games/film/books would you compare the Ranger/your Ranger to? Leave a comment below!
  3. Good day mates, LFG Guild criteria: A roleplaying/lore-driven guild. Preferably one that fights for Malekai. No particular preferences for playstyle as long as it's not a guild that does only one thing - I like to diversify and enjoy all aspects of any game I play Region: North America, I guess Atmosphere: Preferably a chill guild that won't mind the fact that I'll probably spend many hours just chilling at the Eternal Kingdom hanging out with folks, because I'll be doing an awful lot of that Casual/Hardcore?: Casual in terms of gameplay, hardcore in terms of immersion to the game, its world and its lore, I guess. But then again I have no problems committing to hardcore gameplay if I'm having fun with the guild. Size: Not a factor as long as everything else works out. Small, mediumish, massive, anything is fine Play-Style: As mentioned above, diversified. I'll probably be delving greatly into the economy though, that's what got me interested in this game primarily. Combat-wise, I like playing ranged characters. I'll probably main a Ranger and focus on getting real good at it, and occasionally fool about with some other archetypes. Commitment: There will be blocks of time when real life yokes me away from my PC, but otherwise I can commit quite substantially. Miscellaneous: Just to mention again, lore and roleplaying. We don't have to be super hardcore about it, but I just want the vicarious experience of being in that fantasy world to be maintained consistently. Experience: MMOs make up roughly 40-50% of my gaming time. The rest is split across all the other genres of games that exist - single player stuff, FPS games, 4X Strategy, Simulators, what have you. I've touched on every form of video game that exists really. A list of MMOs that I've substantially invested (time, effort and money) in SWTOR WoW Runescape Guild Wars 2 Everquest 2 Dungeons and Dragons Online Voice-Chat services: I really like Curse Voice, it's absolutely fantastic. Of course I can use whatever service the guild prefers, I'd just highly recommend Curse Voice. It is the bomb.
  4. Hey Swiggity Just wondering, which God in the pantheon will Ghosts of the Revolution fight for?
  5. Any idea how allegiance declarations work? Can you choose a different god for each campaign? Do you get any penalties for switching loyalties often/bonuses for staying loyal to one god over the course of a character's existence? Also I'm curious - how's the lore going to play out, will there be a significant single-player aspect to the game with quests and stuff?
  6. Howdy folks. Hope you're doing good. This is just a test post. But while you're here why not answer the following questions before you leave: >What class do you think you'll be playing most? Which archetype appeals most to you? Also >Which god shall you fight for? I particularly like Ranger, and Malekai.
