  2. @Felagunda It is a problem of current pre-alpha testing state. Most of people played since the last wipe and have full skill training, that allows them to farm even in winter with proper gear, but new players can be effective only in spring. There is no way for new people to catch up on training right now, but there will be such option before release (search experience tomes on these forums to get an idea how it may work (it is still work in progress)). So it may be a good idea to wait... until new campaign or go to Gods Reach (it has eternal spring) or until next wipe, or join a guild that already have trained harvesters who can support you with mats.
  3. @boogiee The problem is that price for Russians is about 3 times lower than for EU/NA (for obvious economical reasons and service level). And people who payed different money can't play together. So it is not ACE problem, it is problem of Russian economy... So as a part of the deal with early backers, ACE allowed Russians, who bought NA/EU client, to play on both EU/NA and RU. That offer has expired now and you can't get it anymore. But may be they can change their mind to allow all Russians who buy NA/EU client (3 times more expensive) to play RU server any time. I advice you to send them a letter to support@crowfall.com with such proposal . P.S. I am Russian early backer.
  4. No, guild stuff is handled by web site and Innova has do it themselves. The last time I asked @Pann about it on stream about 2 monthes, she said that RU was handled by Innova, and I think they have no idea about their progress on the issue.

When you open main menu on website on iPhone XS in Safari and want to sign in, you have to scroll menu all the way down and Sign in button (or Sign out button) interceсts with home indicator and you can’t click the button (you fat-finger home indicator instead). Same issue in landscape mode, but there is a tiny area where you can actually click button. One more issue: when you scroll menu, site page scrolls in background.
  7. After returning to lobby from god's reach I could not click anything in UI. Only Enter + writing in chat was possible. Could not reproduce. That's what was in client log

  9. +1 @jtoddcoleman likes such feedback. Another example me playing Archer: I have Sharpshooter and DPS talents (building archer as glass cannon). Sharpshooter passive gives +10% dps when I am 30m away from enemies (quite easy to maintain), Talent gives +10% ranged damage passive with no requirements. Now I have 1 passive slot left. And three minor runes slots. So lets say I use Pound of Flesh as final passive, and Elven Eyes because it is good on ranger. But I can't put anything into 3rd minor rune slot. I can't make use of it at all. It is just empty. Why? Because none of minor runes can give me more than 10% efficiency as major rune or talent do. The best passives Resolution/Furios give me the same 10% efficiency (And I can't use them on Ranger anyway). Sturdy is theoretically 30%*0.2 = 6% efficiency (scales with group support though). The rest minors are just whatever. I don't even look at them.

  11. No, it does not read or modify client memory. It only uses text combat logs, produced by Crowfall client in AppData folder.

  14. Features: Topmost half-transparent overlay with combat summary and details, which you can put on top of the game client or on your 2nd monitor. Extensive settings for parse mechanics and UI. High performance: 15000 records per second. Automatically finds combat log files (make sure you enable combat log writing to file in game settings and hit a dummy) Fights history: you can return back in time to previous fights from the current game session. Supports multiple running clients: if you are levelling your alt with a main character, parser will understand who is main and show correct parse. Opponents list for a fight. If you set long enough idle between fights, you can get opponents list for biggest siege fights separately or for the siege overall. You can copy parse details and opponents list to spreadsheet with mouse right-click. Bonus feature - AFK notifier: When turned on, if Crowfall client was inactive for 9 minutes, parser will play crow sound to notify that your character is about to get logged out for inactivity. If there are several inactive clients, parser will play several crow sounds. You can also change 9 minutes to lower value in settings. System requirements: Windows 8 and above.   15. @KDSProm I see. The same will happen if you fight Hellcat family, there is no way to understand where player name and where is skill. Btw Russians accounts have spaces in account name. It will create mess too.
  16. Combat log name has exactly the same timestamp in the file name as client log, and client log prints account name when you login. So you could look for the last login account name in client log as a workaround.

  18. @ACE_FancyHats Is ballista bug with animation on ballista instead of target area fixed/addressed/logged? It makes sieges unplayable since 5.90 and I still see it in recent siege videos. Also people still dropping through castle floor and defenders are power ressing inside keep.
  19. Thank you for posting this, @jtoddcoleman. It is nice to hear that you are not frustrated by situation. You should know, that we are not frustrated too. Yes, current experience is not fun, and yes, we understand, that it was not your intent, it was a result of a development cycle, which happens. However, we both (players and developers) should understand that even though Crowfall development is harder and more costly, it produces the game we all want. Hey, there are bunch of MMO pvp sandboxes out there, but we do not play them, instead we try to play game in pre-alpha development. Why? Because other MMO developers failed to meet non-casual players expectations, which are majority of this community (and lets pray it will stay like that). Look at Guild Wars 2 as an example, it released a beautiful World vs World system with awesome nicely-telegraphed good thought combat system. We, as community, played it for several years and found issues here and there, posted them multiple times on forums with majority having the same solutions to make the game more fun. And than they released the first expansion. Do you know what they did? Did they bring improvements community were asking for? No! They changed CEO, made their analysis, understood that 60% of WvW population were casuals/semi-casuals and destroyed competitive fun side of World vs World to make everything solo/casual friendly. The new map, they introduced, had terrible layout for mass fights and strategy play, combat system went into FXs mess, meta changed to boring "sustainball" (result of overbalancing classes for PvE raids) and many many other things. After month of playing we requested rollback to previous version. Imagine, community wanted to rollback the whole expansion. But, of course, they did not. We quit the game. Guilds were leaving together to other games. After half an year, Arena.net acknowledged their mistake, they rolled back to previous maps, but it was too late. Community got developers real reasons: they wanted to cash on major casual part of PvP population instead of listening to players, who played game for it was designed. Crowfall has all the potential to avoid such tragedies. If something goes wrong with fun in the game, community instantly reacts. Yes, we do overreact often, sometimes we get angry and rage, but we never do that to hurt developers feelings, we do that because we want the game to be successful and fun. Most of us have years of experience playing sandbox pvp-games, we saw many design flaws in other games, we are like a litmus test to any changes happening in game. Please, remember that no matter how harsh development goes, we are all here to make the successful game, that we will play for years having fun together!
  20. Many promotions shine with proper disciplines and gear. You picked one of the hardest promotions of game - hybrid druid. I guess even veteran players do not know its full potential spec yet, how much damage and healing you should go and gameplay is complex, especially in pvp. Another thing - the game is going be balanced against group fights, so some classes will do better in ganking, some in duels, some in pve. You can have 6 characters, so you have to figure out which builds work best in situations you like to play. Unfortunately, it is pretty much impossible to do solo without huge time investment. So finding a guild is the top advice. All your points are valid, we all have been there. I think when game releases, players will publish a lot of guides how to do this and that, their builds, mb meta. Performance is definitely an issue, however in current state it is more about game stability. There was a huge refactoring recently and some things are still critically bugged.
  21. This is the first patch, that made me feel angry and dull. Game is totaly unstable, pvp content is about 5% of playtime and the rest is braindead grind for gear, which is the biggest factor in pvp. Population is being depleted. I don't know where the shift from initial direction happened and why, but I don't want to play it until game is back to its roots. I am taking break.
  22. It can randmoly drop from hunger version of Ancient Animals R6+. They turn into hunger version near hunger crystals. P.S. bring party for them, they are tough.
  23. Spent 25 mins trying to login for siege. About 10 Loading zone stucks, 5 crashes and 3 times client eat all computer memory. In the first fight, everyone in raid had frezzes for 10 seconds in 40 people fight, my client crashed and could not login again cause of "Loading zone" issues again and again and again. During 1 hour of siege I was 10 minutes in game and 50 mins Alt+F4ing game. Players are desynced, enemies are desynced, siege UI is desynced with siege state. If you start Sanctioned campaign with this game "stability", I am out till Alpha or Release.
  24. There were multiple desyncs of party/faction members today. Suddenly ally/-es just stop moving and you can't see their actual position until you relog. It completely breaks pvp experience. Client log had the same exception during those moments: During siege fights we had three fights on the same map. The first two fights were handled good by the game, but the third fight had contant freezes for everyone, fps dropped to 10. There were no exceptions in logs during that time besides a lof of "WARNING COOPTASKER - CoopTasker is overloaded and can't keep the framerate to minimum levels!". Server performed great though. The new ressurection mechanic allows defenders to constantly res inside their keep, while attackers need at least a fort on siege map. In any case defends will spawn faster. After constantly wiping our enemies near tree of life we still could not win the siege, because they were running back every 2-3 minutes from dragon statue below. It felt super unfair. Healers are quite imbalanced with 2k SP. Siege was a party of clerics, druids and templars, where nothing dies. In tree of life room I managed to drop under floor texture somehow then slowly "fall" through texture to bottom room.
