  1. First I want to say great job on the game, it looks really promising and continues to improve. 10 to 15 FPS with a strong computer makes things hard. I know you haven't optimized but if I cant play I cant test. There are way too few camps in dregs and I didn't find any hidden ones. The gear drops are non-existent. Every once in a while a grey weapon or armor drops. Groups are camping the extremely rare chief spawns so that's out of reach. No reason to even look for mobs to fight in dregs as far as I can tell unless you have a group and can camp ancients etc. Solo is a waste. It's discouraging to spend hours searching maps to find nothing.
  2. Petra artifact bench is making blue binds out of green artifacts
  3. I am an old shadowbane player who is really enjoying the Crowfall alpha. I would like to join your guild if I could. I am a loyal and contributing player. I play about 30 to 50 hours a week. Thanks
  4. IF I understand the crafting correctly, the only progression is through the passive professions. So the act of crafting has zero benefit in perfecting ones craft. After gathering for three days and crafting to make better harvesting gear I discovered that it was a waste of time to bother. The failures quickly use up any supplies that were very time consuming to get. It is extremely frustrating to see hard earned mats go to waste and know that the effort and motivation to try gained me absolutely nothing. The result is that I see no reason to play the crafting roll at all until I can train a significant amount of the profession. I may as well play another game and log in to spend my profession points until I am good enough to have some success. This affects pvp and pve as well since I cannot make better gear. I doubt the goal is to make people avoid crafting for months. The idea that someone who invests many hours in gathering mats has no advantage over someone who does nothing but log in and spend profession points is disheartening. A person could do absolutely nothing and log in 3 months later and craft as well as someone with total dedication who has been grinding the whole time.
  5. Region: North America (CST) would play east or west Atmosphere: Favor mature players, who's main focus is to have a good time. Casual/Hardcore: Fairly hardcore, i play about 40 hrs a week or more depending on work. Size: Medium to Large (Not a small or casual guild) Play Style: Not young anymore so PVP isn't my strong suit but I enjoy it. I think this games crafting system would interest me in being a good support/infrastructure person in the guild. But I love a good bane also. Commitment: I'm all in. Don't do much else with my free time. Miscellaneous: I have played most MMOs including Shadowbane which I really loved. LOTRO, WOW. EQ, Diablo HC, Shekiro, AC, Dark souls etc. I play stealthers mostly because I want to harvest without getting ganked and not because I do much ganking although i'm not above it. Love a good fight, love city building and RP can be fun too. Thx for your consideration
  6. I guess I didn't explain what I meant well enough. By click to move I don't mean clicking on the ground I meant looking and moving toward where you are looking by click a button of your choice, usually on the mouse. For example right click and hold it down and you move where every you are looking. Not saying that's the only way it could work but using your middle finger to move foreword and trying to hit number keys at the same time is not practical. Claiming that its "good gaming" to be able to do so is stupid. Good gaming is choosing the right skill strategies in the right order during a fight not overcoming a mechanical handicap with your keyboard. Some of us have damaged joints for instance and contortions with the hands are hard to pull off. Not all gamers are under 30 and born with a controller in their hands. I do agree it will get a lot better with programmable keyboard and mouse.
  7. I'm sure this has been talked about a lot but no amount is too much until it's fixed. Having to move with wsad and fight with 12345678 is impossible, clumsy, clunky and ridiculous. Why not click to move with the mouse and have skills numbered? Are you really planning to leave it like this? I hope there is a viable controller option or your just handicapping every player with the contortions they have to use in attempt to use skills.
  8. Yes they get stunned dizzy etc. but if I cant stun lock them they get up and run like hell and I have no chance of catching them.
  9. The duelist basic attack is Saber attack as far as I can tell and yet they use a rapier. A rapier and a saber are vastly different weapons. Sabers are heavier and used almost exclusively for slicing slashing attacks. Rapiers are light and used mostly for stabbing piercing attacks. It would be more realistic and less confusing if the basic rapier attack were called something else like piercing strike or puncturing thrust or something.

  11. Thank you. If I attack someone they aren't automatically in combat? They can stay in out of combat mode?
  12. I have attacked people with my duelist guinea pig and when they run I have absolutely no hope of catching them. Run speeds are apparently not equal by either class, race or both. Does anyone know the stats on this? Are there skills or disciplines that can increase run speed? I can't find anything that affects run speed.
  13. So I have a character I played in the campaign who has a bunch of resources in his inventory. How do I go about getting any of that to my EK or next character's inventory. I have no spaces left in the 27 they gave me in the spirit bank because I used them without knowing there was a limit. Do I just lose everything I collected? Do I just lose that character and all his weapons and armor when I go back to the EK or to a new campaign?
