    im thinking that maybe the tallent spec is what unlocks the discs for use.. so you need to unlock talent A to use disc X... if im understand that correctly gunna have to look at it again.

    Looks like you don't get them back... and it's a sacrifice.. if you want them back you need a new vessel... sounds like.

    Heal block is a necessity, I agree. But there needs to be a direct counter to it, such as a cleanse that can remove it, or a single healer has the ability the heal near the same amount as the heal block on the same cool down IMO ... and im sure neither of you want a healer spamming 2500 burst heals every few seconds.

    Or it needs to be toned down a bit.  Look at the other heal absorbs, they are like 500.  While i  think 500 might be a bit too small, i also feel 2500 is too much.

    2500 heal block on something that can be spammed every few seconds is a bit much still and should be brought down some IMO... it was the first time we saw it, it still is.... but.. i shouldn't really comment on it in too much depth, been outta the game for a bit now :(

    It would also open up more interesting build options. May have to restrict some disciplines to certain classes so everyone and their brother isn't using field surgeon like we had for a little while in early big world. Things have changed a lot since then so maybe it wouldn't be an issue now. 

     

    isn't healing in a much better place since the AP and armour pen nerf earlier this year?  I have not played in a couple months, but my understanding is that it is in a much better place and scaling isn't much of an issue.

    Have you tried setting your graphics card to performance? While not the best solution, some times this helps.

    What resolution are you running at? if you are running at 4k, then maybe that is your issue?

    Have you monitored CPU and GPU usage?

    Do the frames seem low on other games?

    Huh... my set up is pretty close... but i have an i7-6700k, 16GB ram, and a 750 watt PSU and get over 100 fps in the BH... running around in the world and in combat it dips to about 30-50.. but i mean.. not 30 constant... on high settings, v-sync count = 0, clouds and shadows off.

    It's a lot better than it ever has been in 5.7.. but the bear will still go right through a target sometimes.....Gaea's Fail will one day be the cause of many cries for nerfs when they get around to fixing it :P

    Are the changes to leather and mail Helms, Gloves, and Boots regarding the lower bonus damage intentional? Or is this a bug?

    Damage bonus was halved on both mail and leather side pieces, while base HP was increased on these pieces for mail and plate and there was no mention in the patch notes?  I want to make sure my feedback on the matter is accurate.

    The range being an experiment line on bows. Getting up to +55 BONUS range (more than double fessor range as a bonus on their main weapon). Suppressing shot being instant activate. Then the older buffs of (november last year) expose KD on Rapid fire.
