  1. I submitted a support ticket on 3/17/19 and I have not gotten a reply. I did not receive any email when I submitted my ticket. When I have submitted tickets on my other accounts, I have received an automated responses telling me that my ticket was received. I submitted a second ticket on 3/22/19 and again received no automated email. I have double checked the email linked to the account. That is not the problem. I know how fast the crowfall support team is which is why I feel there is a problem with the ticket system.
