My non guilded alt account can't craft in my EK even tho he is Nobled. I noticed if I make him place the bench he can use it but then the owner can't use it in his own house...

There is a bug in the EK. If you attach a vendor to a vendor stall (attached to a cottage) around the initial parcel. The vendor just goes poof. Forever lost. Side Note it was raining inside my home. Thanks, The Realm of Rivendell
