Founders’ Update: Client controller fix incoming! - Official discussion thread

Recommended Posts

The Trusted Trader program is basically the same thing that most sports/teams and even ticketmaster have done to eliminate shady 3rd party transactions. If you can't beat them, join them and do it better and safer. I don't foresee myself taking part in it, but I understand the reasons behind it and think it's a good idea, if for no other reason than to protect players from themselves.

I'm glad to hear that the parcel building tools will be coming online after Siege Perilous, and that we'll be getting our first taste of a campaign after that.

But what really intrigues me: what is the next planned Archetype planned after the Renger so far?

The article mentions that campaigns are fairly close wouldn't it be more fun (and better to test) with more then 5 Archetypes?

I love you all.

So I am assuming, and hope I am wrong; that Alpha 1 and 2 backers are not able to participate in the play-tests running tomorrow (Thursday @ 10am & 6:30pm) and Friday's test @ 12pm and 7:30pm?

"We recently added a new testing level, Pre-Alpha 2, for our backers between Ruby and Diamond ..."

So just for Emerald? Or did you mean Ruby and Emerald?

Think they mean anyone with a Ruby, Emerald, or Diamond pledge

Sorry folks, but you'll have to wait until the game releases to experience Crowfall's Trusted Traitor Program.  You can buy reinforced Armored Back Plates in Game from Traitor Joe's blacksmith shop ;)

But Diamond already had Pre-Alpha access. So I assume it's only Ruby and Emerald.

You'll be able to play.

I guess I can let the cat out of the bag now and say that they have been testing the CC for several days now, and those tests have included both pre-alpha testers and some alpha 1 testers.

I'm looking forward to seeing all the reactions when everyone gets to play it tomorrow :)

Actually that would 5 archetypes :P

There was an interview that Blair did a while back where he said that the Druid would be the next support archetype added. Whether or not that means they would add the Druid right after the Ranger, I don't know. Right now we have 2 dps, 1 tank and 1 support. The Ranger will be the first specialist. So tank or support after that? My guess is it will be either the Templar or the Druid.
