Global Game Jam 2015: What Do We Do Now?

I am in charge of creating some puzzles for a third-person isometric game for GGJ2015.

I am looking for some inspiration from the community.

So far I have some basic color mixing puzzles and some math puzzles with crates (weight/scales).

The setting is in a robotics factory. There will be two players, and the puzzles should incorporate both players for advancement.

There is a time limit for the puzzle. If they fail, they will restart back to the checkpoint.

Anyone have any crazy/fun puzzle ideas that incorporate both players?

Thanks:)

I would say look to the Legend of Zelda series and the Darksiders series for inspiration when it comes to puzzles.  Both have severa different puzzles in each of their dungeons.
