Here is a video / tutorial of Siege Perilous (attacker side). 

Note: AUSTRALIA SERVER EXPECT HIGH PING / ANIMATION LOSS. (Plus I was running at 2560x1600/low graphics on 4G internet)

you had a better ping than I did from UK to AUS on my home broadband in a city ¬_¬

i remember being confused as to why a ranger with no hp ran up to me and tried to stab me.........

a point blank dismissive wave with faerie fire stun via plate enchant and a single spark quickly stopped those shenanigans 

 


 

re: energy and cross slash.

i like the idea of this power and have tried using it a lot.

but in practise i find that initial hit is too low and the bleed, even though it stacks to three, is not enough.

 

in terms of energy usage to damage it is not as good as:

 

#3 sweep and jab (low cooldown, low energy cost due to auto crit)

 

however the now number one uses of energy has to be #6 - the cooldown of this combo combined with SELF STAMINA RESTORE and spinstep spam and then a weapon break debuff is far far too good.

 

also now worth mentioning is the #2 slice n dice combined with C. Sustain does actually sustain us now! YAY however as you note - this power is intentionally energy draining as it is designed to be.

Yeah you guys were camping us badly that round. I saw your name and just gave it at that point.. lol. No arrows, no gear, no sustain, and Tinnis? = Eff it.  :) .

I have a tendency to forget using #6 ..I'll have to test it out more.

Glad for that update. I think Rangers needed it boosted badly.
