haha great ending

(i wonder if death orb goes to wood-elf or druid - currently not connected to any passive. assume druid given essence connection etc)

I'll be honest, I was slightly disappointed with what you can do with scimitar druid. But that's mostly due to the death tray basic kit which was nerfed even further this patch, while compared to the other dps basic kit, queenfessor, which is still (one of) the strongest basic kit in pre-alpha. Scimitar druid basically has no LMBs to apply constant pressure, Spark is much lol, shroud and lightining chain cooldowns were super nerfed (to the point I didn't even slot shroud) and absolution is still the hardest hitting ability in the game. Won't even mention the AoE knockdown that goes through LoS... I'm really, really hoping frostweaver will have a good alternative for a ranged dps kit.

Yes i've expressed by concerns elsewhere immediately for both large cooldown increases (esp. in druid context) as well as the scimitar not say having a melee range basic attack to replace Spark

As you say - a confessor could slot in some healing powers or similar healing orb proc powers to be just as healy as this scimitar druid

I've watched the video a couple times trying to learn what I can. It's very entertaining btw.

It appears you almost exclusively use your 1 and 2 powers for your damage and you are pretty good about keeping the electric debuff (#6) on your target. You also sprinkle in a little 3 from Troubador which I believe is a movement slow. I believe the Druid dark pwr tray already has a movement slow option. What is the gain from Troubador? I feel like I'm missing something.

Also do y'all Druids think they will allow the Dryad orbs to be moved to LMB on the dark tray at some point? Also do you think it was intentional that the Disciplines seem to be healing better than the designated support classes? I am hopeful that through balancing the Druid healing will be brought back in line and that a class with zero support/heal points will not be an effective healer with any healing discipline taken.

Glad you liked it, thanks! Troubador is another source of dps. That #3 is a damaging ability and a fairly good one at that. Not as fancy as a confessor absolution, but the druid needs all the dps he can get after lightning chain cooldown was doubled. The debuff from death tray is not the same as the life tray, it doesn't slow the enemy, but it reduces his damage. I have fun with the build, but tbh confessor outputs way more dps than that. The lack of a decent LMB really kills it too.

They have nerfed the CD on Druid death abilities so hard that we have to slot disc damaging abilities for 2 reasons:

1. That's the only way the damn thing has remotely the sustained DPS to drop a target

2. What else are we gonna do while our few decent abilities are in CD? Left click, lol?

Edit: hoping @thomasblair finds his way to this thread.

P.S. please move Scimitar to ranged arcane.
