She's the goddess we see at death and kinda "judge" us from what we have done for or against the gods. Maybe vessels tied to gods (with the sacrifice system since we offers items for XP to raise stats to a god) and so she deal with the "balance" our souls between vessels? If we have helped some certain gods we are then unable to enter another vessel?
