To be save you should always let another account place the crafting decks onto your parcel. In that case they can be removed (send back to the owner) by removing the parcel, even if placed underground. Would that force the crafting deeds back into deed form?

Usually own buildings become (stay) connected to a parcel if you remove it (place a parcel, put a wall on it, remove the parcel - now you have parcel with a connected wall in your inventory). The only exception is if there is a building from someone else higher in the building hierarchy, than yours. Examples: Your kingdom, your parcel, your cottage, your stall, your vendor. You remove the parcel -> all buildings stay on the parcel. You put the parcel back into a world, all buildings are still on it. Your kingdom, your parcel, your cottage, someoneelses stall, your vendor. You remove the parcel -> the cottage stays on it, the rest gets removed. The stall gets send back to the owner. All buildings connected to it get send back to their owners too. So you will find the stall and vendor back in your inventory (spirit bank), but not the cottage, which is still part of the parcel. That's pretty awesome for keeping buildings in order when they are right. When things are borked.... not so much. They kinda need to make a "Clear parcel" button or something eventually.
