Devonic 374 Share Posted February 7, 2019 When ever I click forums from the website crowfall.com website, it puts me on the forum logged out. The only way I can log into the forum is to right click the forums button on the website and choose "Open window incognito". This will put me into the forums, but logged out. I then need to repeat this step. Anyone else have this issue? Corpran and Calliope
Pann 8,689 Share Posted February 7, 2019 We've just upgraded the forum software so I'm hoping this issue won't happen anymore; however, if it does, the best thing is to go to the main webpage (crowfall.com). If you are logged in, log out. If you are logged out, log in and out and in again. (I know, it's a pain. I'm sorry!) You should be able to get to the forums then. Lemme know if that doesn't work for you. Calliope, Devonic and Corpran

Devonic 374 Author Share Posted February 15, 2019 I am having this issue again where I have to "open in incognito" to be able to access the forums. Otherwise it keeps wanting me to login Calliope and Corpran
Cosian 37 Share Posted February 17, 2019 I also have a similar and perhaps related issue ... using Chrome. When I access the forum I am logged out. When I select login from the forum page I login which sends me to my account page. When I try to access the forums again from the account page I get to the forum page but am logged out. The only way I can get into the forums in a logged in state is to go to the main page and logout. Log back in on the main page and then I can access the forums in a logged in state. PAINDOTCOM 124 Share Posted February 17, 2019 only way to bypass this atm is by going on the main website log in then log out then log back in and go to forums. I have to do it everytime I want to post on the forums. Corpran and Devonic

This is happening to me too. Not very conducive to encouraging campaign feedback. Corpran, Devonic and Calliope 3 I don't want to die from a lack of shooting back! Using Firefox. There was quite some time since I saw this issue, however this happened like 5 times in the last 3 days. excellz 39 Share Posted February 23, 2019 Also having this problem. Clearing cookies resolves it, so I'm assuming the issue lies in how the forum cookies are being utilized, or possibly for some of us using things like ublock? Devonic 374 Author Share Posted March 5, 2019 Sometimes it works, but I still have to open a new window incognito most of the time, in order to gain access to the forums. Calliope and Corpran

Hakrik 11 Share Posted April 24, 2020 Same issue as guys. Happening on Firefox (PC), Opera (Laptop), Safary (iPad and iPhone)... always help to remove History (I expect cookies)
Vladthelad 37 Share Posted April 26, 2020 Been having this same problem recently, don't mind working around it for now. Removing history and data seems to work for me or loading the forums off a different browser, should anyone else have the same problem.
