Devonic 374 Share Posted February 14, 2019 I am looking for recommendations for a healing druid. I chose earth affinity. I am guessing Illusionist would be good if you are Fae or Half-elf Corpran

Does it have healing or import support abilities? Dryad, naiad, pixie, friar and field surgeon are your "healing" runes. They all have healing abilities and give you 6% healing mod. Bard, Rune Caster, Standard Bearer, Elementalist, Mud Man, Scarecrow, Militant Mage, Escape Artist and Juggernaut are all support runes. They buff or support you and or the group based off what you need to be able to withstand. Thanks for the info Unless you’re running with a semi-stealth group, Invisibility is of limited use on a healing Druid, since you are visible when moving. Dissipate is the skill that really sets Wood Elves apart. Camouflage is just a bonus. Devonic
ZombieGandhi 216 Share Posted February 14, 2019 Our druid healer uses Pixie, and I believe Field Surgeon. For anyone serious about healing, having Pixie available in the group composition, I think is hugely important. 20% increased heals received, is no joke. I even flirted with slapping Pixie on my utility/support secutor (along with Standard Bearer) to take advantage of the knight’s cooldown reduction. Note: this would only make sense if one were augmenting the healing of the actual healer. At the end of the day, I couldn’t give up Shield Fighter. Nor could I justify such a build in a five-man group. Ble

Being used in tandem in a group, would just be awesome. Get someone to throw in that, ah, whatever the discipline is that's like Pixie, but for armor. Be rolling around as a bunch of buffbois for sure. Pwca

Not too sure if you'd want to replace any of the more Druid healing disciplines with it, but in tandem with Pixie, it really can help make a healers life easier.
