Resource vacuuming (collecting)

I have not read through and other threads related to this topic but it seems like an added time sink to have to run around and gather resources after harvesting a node. You already spend a significant amount of time chopping, mining, hammering, etc. to harvest the resources (especially early game) and then having to run in circles to gather them all is pointless. Many games have similar harvesting tasks and then alleviate some of the grind by auto-gathering the resources into your inventory.

It takes perhaps, literally a second to slurp up all those shiny things. Given how stamina is a factor, and must also be regained, this extremely brief break between crushing ones preferred harvesting node, is tantamount to insignificant.

Been discussed before about adding some type of "vacuum" power that could pull in all the resource doobers for easy collection - not sure if that is still in the plan, or where it is in the pipeline.

Circles are a theme. you can spend a significant amount of time standing in circles to capture POI's.

If this is realy so difficult to pick up items from harvest nodes they could add a stat to harvesting armor that increases the pick up range of items i guess 😛
