Fixed an issue where the 'Dynamite' ultimate power of duelist could make multiple barrels per building near to the target. 'Impale' power of Duelist class will now trigger appropriately when used on an enemy. Snipe power now deals damage and registers in the combat log. Please, oh please be true.
