headlight 5,743 Share Posted May 27, 2015 i routinely multibox in shadowbane, but it seems that with every extra box my efficiency is eroded. Sure, 4 boxes provide me with advantages over 2 players, but put 4 skilled actives against my 4 boxes (even with 2 of them macro'd) and I'm toast. Oh that would happens sometimes to me in Eve, but because I used drones I could assist my drones to one character to use them all and get all the characters to follow the main guy. But if that main guy would die it sometimes be a little crazy.

Pleaseeee Want to know what it scores been thinking about replacing my 2x 7870 with a GTX 970, but want to see what you score because I have about the same spec as you. Pleaseee Most likely between 10,000 and 10,300 at stock speeds. I have the same G1 970 card, a 4790K @ 4.8Ghz and my ddr3 is @ 2400 so my base system is a bit faster, and with the card at stock settings it gets about 10,600. This card overclocks pretty easily. When I set the clock speed to 1340mhz and memory speed to 7192mhz total bandwidth, it shoots up to 11,550 - 11,590 marks. Those were my highest stable settings even with a power bump. So an improvement of about 1000 marks. Unigine Heaven benchmark with the same settings comes in at 4590 with high textures and shaders. This is all 1080p.

Since I do all my astrophotography on this machine as well as game, I opted for the Broadwell-E/X99 system since my astrophoto software can make good use of all the threads. Needless to say, the gaming benefits greatly from my other hobby. GI15
