Tinnis 8,367 Share Posted September 26, 2020 (edited) Current article/site pages & in game creation don't let you visualise how much race impacts or the *roles* promotions offer https://imgur.com/a/B0iwnig Edited September 26, 2020 by Tinnis Tofyzer, DEV-Tiggs and JamesGoblin
Arkade 4,155 Share Posted September 26, 2020 Quote The points you accrue are held in your skills bank for 72-hours Is this a mistake or a coming change? Currently, we earn 8640 points per day and the max we can accumulate is 259200. That's 30 days worth of skill training. Is this something that is going to be based on VIP? If it's not a mistake, you might want to clarify that, and also clarify that the points won't be lost, they just won't accumulate more. Quote you can also customize your vessel’s appearance, choosing from a selection of body shapes, hairstyles, and hair colors. I assume we aren't getting actually body shapes at this point, and that should instead be faces. JamesGoblin, Svenn and Tofyzer

PopeUrban 4,338 Share Posted September 26, 2020 Crow Tip: Your passive training is useless without multiple types of loot and equipment. As a new player you have everything you need to start acquiring important mob drops like disciplines, gold, certain types of consumables, sacrifice items, and many crafting additives. There are no passive training methods for increasing mob drop rates, so killing NPCs is a perfect activity for new players looking to plan ahead, start a trade empire, get themselves some slightly better gear, or support an established guild! BarriaKarl 2,393 Share Posted September 26, 2020 (edited) Quote Crowfall has 11 different roles that cover everything from standard MMO classes like Ranged, Tank, Healer, and Magic-user to many unique combinations of classes, sub-classes, talents, and skills that offer extremely diverse combinations of capabilities giving rise to roles like Slayer, Pitfighter, Stormcaller - to name a few. 'Crowfall has 11 different roles...'. 'roles like Slayer, Pitfighter, Stormcaller...'. The use of the same word there causes confusion. In the first you use 'roles'' to refer to classes (which we have 11), in the second you use roles to refer to Promos too (in which case we have 33 roles). I would rewrite it as: Crowfall has 11 different roles that cover everything from standard MMO classes like Ranged, Tank, Healer, and Magic-user to many unique combinations of classes, sub-classes, talents, and skills that offer extremely diverse combinations of capabilities giving rise to archetypes like Slayer, Pitfighter, Stormcaller - to name a few. Or do the opposite. And use 'Role' to reffer to the 33 promos and stuff. I think this one would perhaps be better but it would be a bigger change... Xarrayne 1,156 Share Posted September 27, 2020 @Jubenei You also have to be in a Temple area to unequip Disciplines (to stop people hot-swapping when out in the world). P.S. Grr Winterblades 🦌

But we won't get any news about VIP until closer to release, so don't expect confirmation. Tofyzer
