Call the Banners! Dregs Takkalyn Campaign begins Tuesday!

Crows, the Takkalyn Campaign War begins Tomorrow (Tuesday) on LIVE!

Starting tomorrow, Tuesday, November 24th, the Takkalyn Campaign will go live at 12 PM CST and runs through Sunday, December 13th at 11 PM CST (Starts November 24th, 7 PM CET and ends December 14th, 6 AM CET).

Win Conditions: The faction or Guild who earns the most victory points by the end of the campaign is declared the winner by the Gods! Additional rewards will be available for participants of the top three Guilds that earn the most Divine Favor, Glory, Wealth, and Power.  See the Rewards tab of the Campaign for details.

  • Imports: 50
  • Exports: 75

The Imports/Exports are  50 / 75 and you must be Level 20 to enter this Campaign!

This map sucks fuzzy bunny slippers. Super small. rank 6 just about everywhere < same as infected > Guilds with walls already up after 20 minutes in. Good job, the zerg will just zerg again and the small guy will get fuzzied once again. This campaign already sucks.... Get a clue ACE... they are on sale at walmart.

Why was this campaign bad for sieges?

There are 8 keeps over 4 islands.  On 2 of the days you have 1 euro keep and 1 Na keep go live.  On the 3rd day you have 2 euro keeps and 2 Na keeps go live at the same time.

You have literally split the game into an us vs them.  So if the 2 biggest clans ally up they can easily dominate the server.

Why this campaign is bad for resources?

Aside from a few little pockets, the bulk of the resources are in Maryard!  But the r10’s in spring were mostly around high traffic areas.  Most of the spring nodes on the rest of the map were rank 6 which was equivalent to infected.

Forts

I’m not sure on the exact schedule but it’s usually only 2 forts live at the same time?  So again we are split into giant one sided battles over what is intended to be medium scale pvp.

warcamps

Most of the warcamps seem to be below level 25.  When a level 24 king spawns you get some greens.  Kings used to be fought over, now they just interrupt some solo kid farming!

Summary

Even tho this current infected is pretty bad, a lot of people are over there!  You even gotta go there in force because there’s sometimes a crazy amount of 4g over there.  But it’s still better than dregs.

Where there is risk there should be rewards.  Which is why everyone is screaming to remove moblie banking!

Make every keep go live at the same time every 3 days.

Make every fort go live every night at the same time.

than look into why no one logs in the other 23 hours aside from gearing up for sieges!

The funny thing is that the current Campaign has the two biggest zer... err allies defending their main keep at the same time so here is no reason to leave their keep undefended to go attack another keep. Last time their keep went live all I saw in comments was GF banetrees lol.   The siege schedule looks like its copied from a spreadsheet, I think times should be varied No?

The same Problem is on EU Side. KDS and NM have the same Siege Timer. First Fort Timer is to early, must of our Players miss it, because of work or family.

And the fights for the Forts most time boring (because of 50 mins running or standing around and 10 mins PvP).

The last few days i usually log out of Crowfall after around an hour because i´m bored and play another game.

With 6.3 coming, farming thralls/runes doesn´t make sense either. Btw. give the Thrall Towns some differend spawn for the daytime.
Its boring to wait 10 min for the next nighttime.
