Make Forts pvp zones 24/7

You dont have to make them vulnerable, just make the guards ableto be killed by a decent size group so that people trying to loot the chest can be killed after they loot it and before they recall.

Also, would't it be interesting if the resources that you got form the chest would have to be taken to a refinery, used to build something in a keep, before a timer of 30 minutes expires or they disappear. Also that you could not recall or log out (if you logged out/lost connection they would just appear in a chest where you logged out) with them in your inventory until they were refined.

This would result in the looters of the chest having to run it to the refinery right away, and not being able to just log out or recall. This would promote more pvp in the zones.

I don't think that making the chest loot able by anyone is a good idea, it takes value away from actually winning the fort during siege. But making the guards able to be killed, not allowing recalls/log outs, forcing players to refine materials or actually use them in building something within 30 minutes or else they would disappear, would enable pvp at the forts every hour and on the way to the refinery every hour. It would also make it more likely that looting a fort chest would be a group effort then just one person logging in every hour, looting it, recalling, banking, then running back out and logging off.

just have the fort spawn when captured at end of the time with double the loot than the normal amount therefor winning the fort guarantees double the loot drop and you should always get the first chest if you truely secured control of the fort at the end of the seige timer. You also have the bonus of having guards defending chest where attacks wouldnt (You also have walls in theory) You should also get notification when somone enters your fort tiles (Or surrounding tiles) imo so you have a head up and fort will need defended.

This brings away some power from zergs because it easier for zergs to win forts but having fort raided allows for smaller guild to nick some resources from the large guild when there number arnt as high due to there numbers dispersing around the zone unlike fort seiges where there all in one spot so small clans dont have a chance agaist them cause crowfall is super numbers reliant on who wins
