TEST Patch Notes,  and Legend for ACE feedback on Bugs reported

Please share any bugs you noticed while playing the game, these are objective issues with gameplay. Overall feedback or opinions on systems should be directed to TEST Feedback

If you can provide us with the steps you used to create the bug (reproducible steps), an image or even a short video clip that would be ideal and aid us in getting the bug entered properly into our tracking software. Additionally, if you run across a bug on LIVE, can you please try to reproduce it on our TEST server as well and let us know if you're successful. 

If you encounter disconnection problems, showstopper bugs, or any other issues preventing you from entering or playing the game, please send an email as well as your client logs* to support@crowfall.com.

On Test, with a Frostgard vessel, using Ice cream food buff - the bonus ice damage either does NOT proc, or simply replaces the basic attack of the Frostweaver. No apparent bonus ice damage. (note, the Frostweavers basic attacks are ice damage)

On Test, with a Champion Pitfighter - the bonus ice damage DOES proc as expected, randomly, periodically, while auto attacking, doing ~ 60-80 ice damage.

  • Crafting UI text issue.  My character was a Blacksmith at the time:


  • Bypass crafting experimentation animation option -  The initial experimentation roll isn't adding up all the pips on each line.  Pic taken after initial rolls, before any re-roll/polish:


  • After re-roll, percentage values aren't updating correctly based on whether or not pips were re-rolled:


  • Stepping away from the table during experimentation and then re-using the table zeroes out all values:


  • Disconnecting from the game during experimentation loads erroneous data when you load back into the crafting screen.  Choosing "take" at this stage does *not* grant the item:

2. Ice Veins ultimate power does not prevent fall damage



3. When I close my map, I'm getting blinded for some reason



4. Ice Veins ultimate power DOES NOT prevent incoming damage from enemies (sometimes it does, but sometimes it doesn't).




5. Nor Terrifying Features passive (from Abominable Snowman major), nor Cold to the Touch passive skill (from Frostweaver's skill tree) work. To be correct, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Also, I do not know if these 2 passives stack at all, there is no information about it.




6. Finally, I just wanted to log out to the main menu to continue test with other vessels... but this has happened. So I've decided that it is a sign that its time to go sleep.

Duelist - The character is still able to enter a broken state where combat pips are no longer gained.  In this case, it was caused by using a spender (impale) at the exact moment I was cc'd (suppress).


At around 0:02, you have to slow it down to see it.  Afterward, no pips are generated from left clicks or flintlock shot:

  • Centaur Cleric - When using a mystical throwing hammer, the character animation unequips their weapons and takes an unarmed stance at the end of every 3rd basic attack combo.

A few more cooking buffs that aren't correct:

  • Spiced Chocolate Milk - The description states it gives Elemental Damage +3% (wined), but actually gives Harvest Critical Amount +1 (dined).
  • Elk Meat Sandwich - The description states it gives Ice Armor bonus +3% (dined), but actually gives Plentiful Resources: Wood +1 (dined).
  • Boar Meat Sandwich - The description states it gives Ice Armor bonus +3% (dined), but actually gives Plentiful Resources: Wood +1 (dined).
  • Wolf Meat Sandwich - The description states it gives Electric Armor bonus +3% (dined), but actually gives Plentiful Resources: Grave +1 (dined).

For example you can't press tab to change from General Chat to Faction Chat.

Try CTL+tab now.

Trade window - After this UI was redone, it introduced "dead zones" in the grid (marked in red, below).  If you drop an item in those pixels, it prompts you to destroy it instead of accepting it for trade.  This could lead to unintentional lost items if people aren't paying close attention.  The player inventory used to have a similar problem a while back, but it was corrected.  Also, the last six slots of the window still won't accept items for trade, says the trade is full.
