Crowfall Eternal Champions Series - Prize Redemption Process

Thank you to all our participants and congratulations again to all our winners in the recent Eternal Champions Series event. Below you will find information on the prize redemption process. We will answer questions that arise using the existing ecs-questions Discord channel.

This is a three-step process and it should be easy for winners to complete the steps below. If you do run into any issues, please post your questions on the ecs-questions forum.

Step 1: Fill out the ECS Prize Winner Declaration and Release Form

  • An email will be sent to the email address on your Crowfall account
  • You will be emailed the Prize Winner Declaration & Release form; if you do not receive it, check your spam folder and contact us quickly, within a week so that we can resend you the Form to complete.
  • Sign the form using the HelloSign app to automate the process, where indicated, and email it back to the person who sent it to you; we must have your signed form on file in order to release your rewards for shipping
  • It is critical that you also supply your current mobile number with country code as that is required for international shipping.

Step 2: Fill out your shipping address on your Crowfall Account

  • Guess what? We’ve added one additional reward! Each of our winners will also be receiving the Crowfall Collector’s Edition Pack! Every winner will receive a free Crowfall Collector’s Edition! 
  • You will need to fill out your accurate and complete shipping address on your Crowfall account before we can proceed with shipping your prizes.
  • Add the shipping address here: crowfall.com/account/shipping-address, located on the left side options panel under “Shipping Address”.
  • Please note: ArtCraft is paying the shipping cost; in some cases, where available, ArtCraft will require a receiving signature at delivery and will be insuring the shipments so if there are any issues - the shipper is responsible. 
  • Please note, we do not cover territory (country) specific tariffs.

Step 3: We will email you in advance of the shipping date. You will need to be sure that you add your shipping address to your account as soon as possible.

  • ArtCraft is not responsible for prizes that are not delivered or are lost in shipping.
  • As per the official rules, players should allow up to three months for delivery.
  • Once we send your details to our shipping partner, we have no visibility of the shipment.
  • ArtCraft does not replace prizes if they are lost in shipping as these were supplied by our partners. If you end up with an issue of this nature, please file the appropriate form with the shipping company. Your claim will need to be initiated with the shipping company office located in your territory/city or through their online application.
