TEST Patch Notes  

Please share any feedback you may have from your time playing the game. This includes subjective observations about your gameplay experience. Bugs that you have encountered should be directed to TEST Bug Reports and don't forget the Legend for ACE feedback on Bugs reported!

  • Stronghold Attachable: Hanging Banner can only be picked up by it's handle, which is hard to reach when it's hanging on a wall. You should be able to pick it up from the banner too
  • Can the Hanging Banner and Standing Banner use our Guild crests instead of the Sun Faction crest? Or at least have the option to switch between Sun, Earth, and Moon?
  • Round Towers are cool. I like that they don't collide with anything. Can make some funky fortresses with that, though the Round Stone Tower has a few too many merlons. They'll block the path if you try to do some weird corners
  • Can we get different icons for Freezing Storm and Frigid Ground? Their icons are easily confused with Shatterstorm and Freezing Blast, respectively
  • I am, once again, pleading that stacks of Soil, Carpentry Nails, Architectural Arches, Architectural Walls, Foundation Segments, Frames, Roof Segments, Wall Insulation, Stone and Wooden Wall Sections, and Floor Tiles be added to the Free Resource vendors. It is very painful to craft anything Stonemasonry by hand.
  • Can Satyr Salt Cubes, Currant Berries, Olive Oil, Urgu Spice Mix, Peppermint, Hot Sauce, and Runic recipe scrolls be added to the Free Resource Vendors? It's tedious to go and farm for them
  • You should be able to socket 2 crafting decks together

Can we just get a collision and snap check on/off toggle hotkey for EKs specifically? I know that you want the underlying system to have proper collision checks so you can eventually use it for campaign building but there's no reason to not let us just intersect stuff in EKs if we want to. Worst that could happen is we lock ourselves out of our own vendors or chests.

Please hide the faction v faction circle on the main menu until there is something there. An extra empty area will just serve to confuse new players who don't know why that is there. Even tout it as "adding Faction V Faction campaigns" when you bring it back or something.

 

Please also add a way to turn off the items collected notifications as it blocks part of the inventory and can get queued up for a long time.

I haven't seen the NPE teach that the debuff you experience when fighting higher level PvE is not something that applies when you are fighting Players of a different level.

Rather, that it is just the vessel stats that come from upgrading to a new level.

Not sure if its intended, but the changes to "Deadly Infector" Diffusion now does weapon based damage, instead of poison damage. Huge slap to plague vandals,  It's kind of silly as most assassins who spec into plague domain, will take the shiv route ( which increases poison damage via efficient  poison passive)  

If its intentional, may I suggest making the Poisoner major's  "Poisoned weapons" Passive effect change diffusion and maybe a few other melee attack talents to do poison damage?

Either parry or block is broken. (Hint, it's parry). You can get PDM over 50+parry/block bonus (up to 90%+). Please connect with block bonus and not allow other PDM sources to stack with parry.

Meanwhile, block still needs a big buff. You can literally parry forever. You can block for almost no time, and when you're done you are insanely CC vulnerable.

IMO, give a post block CC immunity of 2x duration of block, if you insist on it being stam based.

Further, Strength in Numbers is still terrible because it scales inversely with block bonus. The better you block, the worse you heal. But, if you don't block well, you can barely block at all bc you take "big hits" all the time. It's a catch-22. Much of it could be resolved by getting rid of the Big Hit penalty. Better would be making Strength in Numbers function like Molon Labe.
