Can't run Crowfall installer

Im trying to download the game and this its what i get when the installer its executed:

I am getting the same thing, I have tried rebooting and running as administrator.

I can see the small red smudge in the upper left corner of the window is a graphic and some kind of text. I assume this is some kind of instillation message. If I hit return it advances to the next screen that appears to be just text, but it still so small it is just a gray line.

I have verified my NVidia driver is updated.

I contacted to support team by email and they are working on it, since right now they dont know how is this possible. Try to contact with them at support@crowfall.com . Ill update when issue is solved.

I got the solution from noble soul on reddit.

Hold down the control key and use the mouse wheel, 

This fixed it for me
