I need assistance with toxins.

So I got animal blood, but I cannot find the mandrakes, bloodworms or nightshade scavenged ingredients that you need for to make toxin. Someone was telling me that mandrakes can be found near trees, but i spent about an hour riding around and could not seem to find any mandrakes. No idea if that is correct information, and I also have no clue where bloodworms and nightshade can be found. Anybody here that could help me with that? Its getting kind of frustrating not being able to craft a simple toxin because of the lack of information anywhere on how to actually get the ingredients required.
