Just gonna list down how much structures cost in materials. Please feel free to add information like what type of parcel is required to be able to place said structure. Note floor tiles can be stone or wood. These numbers used all wood for floor tiles.

Cottage (1 chest = 96 storage)

  • 5120 stone
  • 8880 ore
  • 11960 wood
  • 640 hide

Villa (3 chest = 288 storage) + Estate Parcel

  • 5120 + 14720 = 19840 stone
  • 9000 + 14720 = 23720 ore
  • 11960 + 14720 = 26680 wood
  • 640 hide

Guild Hall (5 chests)

  • 10240 stone
  • 18000 ore
  • 23920 wood
  • 1280 hide

1 personal chest is 96 storage, any info on the other types of chests?

Where is a Deed: Villa obtained?

The Deed: Villa is a Villa. When you craft a Guild hall you are upgrading a villa to a guild hall.

So to get an overview of the required materials for a guild hall it is the materials for the guild hall + the materials of a villa + the materials of a cottage. (Cottage is required to make the villa.)

Ok nice. So I'm not "wasting mats starting on a cottage".
