Crowfall periodically freezes for a second or two

Basically, it's this problem exactly. Game will occasionally randomly freeze. Just before freezing the GPU fans will start to speed up. A second or two later, it unfreezes and the GPU fans drop to normal speed again, and my camera position is typically messed up or I teleport a few meters.

Hardware Specs:
RTX 3090
32 GB Corsair DDR4
Corsair RM850X PSU
1TB WD SN550 NVME SSD

Very recent drivers (though can't check version atm as not at PC)
