PopeUrban 4,338 Share Posted August 12, 2021 Gear can not grant life steal, only add a bonus to life steal you already have from another source. Perception and thorns bonuses also work this way, where the effect is activated by an active or passive ability but passive stat gains will strengthen the effect.
