The problem is this account has not logged into the game yet. I am simply asking for that 1 month of VIP that was purchased years ago. It was the main reason I purchased that package and artcraft applying that time before I even activate the game account is depriving me of my purchase. I will email support also but would like to note this minor misspelling of email on your forum main page.
