There is a bug where the website says I am signed in but then when I go to the forums it wants me to sign in again. I am redirected to the main site after login, but when I go to the forums it wants me to sign in again.

I am not the only person this is happening to.

I was able to "fix it" by signing out from the website, then coming to the forum without being signed in, then signing in via the forums.

Again, I am not the only person this is happening to.

I got that a month ago when I was switching accounts to make sure the kids' weren't on recurring billing. Wasn't sure what part of the login/logout dance had corrected it, so thank you for posting a "fix". Will save me some time if it happens again.

Sorry about the inconvenience! This is an issue that crops up from time to time between our login process and the software we use for the forums. Usually, some combination of logging out on the website and refreshing will fix it (sometimes clearing your cache will help, too).

1. Go to crowfall.com and log out of the website.
2. Close the browser window and open a fresh one.
3. Go to crowfall.com and log in. The account should function properly now. If not you may need to clear your cache and cookies in your browser.

I bugged this disconnect between the website and the forums a year or two ago, so, yeah.
