Question about crafting Legendary "Items" for Autumn

I have questions about Autumn's Wealth Challenge:
"+1 to 5 Wealth to participating guilds who craft the most items of Legendary quality."

What exactly constitutes an item? Do intermediate components count?
As an example, when crafting a legendary quiver, you need to craft 2 legendary arrow shaft bundles and 1 legendary arrowhead bundle before combing them all (with some Heartwood) into a quiver. So would this count as crafting 1 Legendary item or as crafting 4?

Also, do disciplines count as items?
