Tree Havesting

I've looked around, but haven't seen much on this subject. So I'll give my suggest on how it could be implemented.


Sense this is a voxel based game with physics. I think it would be more interesting if you had to cut down trees so they fall. Then you would have to chop them up.


An example of this, is in the game Reign of Kings.



Also being able to chop down trees with other things other than an axe, would be interesting.

Just make sure the tree physics are good. There is nothing worse than a tree without good physics sliding down a road (or more hilarious than the short lived helicopter trees in Archeage Beta).
