Crispy not burnt.    And YES, the oven.  Baking is best for bacon.

We just found this out last year. It felt like sacrilege, but it makes perfect bacon every time. For the record I like it half way.

Limp bacon is just disgusting. Even the word "limp" (when used as an adjective) conjures all manner of awful images.

 

I don't even like my pasta limp.

 

Would you prefer moist bacon?

Fry up some bacon, make pancakes in the left over bacon goodness, nnooommmm.
