Will Crowfall be CPU intensive or GPU intenvise?

SSD help with loading of new assets as well. Play Tera on a platter drive vs a SSD and you'll see a huge difference.

Any high end gaming pc from 2013+ will probably play it just fine. Hardware has far outpaced software requirements over the last few years.  In GPU terms, NVIDA cards shell out a new tier each year, but the upgrades aren't always a significant improvement that is worth the expense.

Most MMO's are severly CPU bottlenecked. I hope CF takes advantage of our gpu and dx12. I want all the FPS!!!

Oh yeah!! Have they announced anything regarding using the upcoming dx12 technology??

They answered a question about I once saying they would look into it but nothing definitive. Is part of unity 5 and games will have it starting this winter. Crowfall isn't launching for another year after that so it would be silly not too. Is also a huge boost to CPU performance sonbasically a direct performance increase to crowfall.

You can play a heck of a lot of game with a much weaker card than a GTX970.
